Can’t get them to spread out…vision the whole field, the whole picture

Everyone has a part, a function

When we don’t fulfill our part, because we would not carry the ball.

You have something to give

Visioning isn’t always easy

If you try to do something in life…you’re going to get beat up

Competition, who is it?

not Baptists

not each other

God has arranged the parts of the body just as he wanted them to be

It’s that our own sense of faithfulness to the call

Something about playing for the betterment of self & the glory of the school

We play for the betterment of our souls & the glory of God

16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
Sometimes all a person needs is someone to believe in them
God so loved the world
We have heard this scripture so many times. What do you hear?
God asks you to believe in Him
Today I want you to hear this.
God believed in you enough to send his son.
He saw your potential. You were worth the pain
Sometimes all a person needs is someone to believe in them
People respond to that

Our mission is connecting people to Jesus Christ
You need to memorize this

We work to connect others
To help them come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ

Change….Hard…..things change
When we stay in our comfort zone, we miss opportunities to win people
The landscape is littered with declining churches who refused to leave their comfort zone
When we leave our comfort zone and go the 2nd mile, we find the joy of winning others

We voted to expand, to reach others. To prepare the way.
New foyer and other areas opening
We have increased our square footage by 30%
It’s a huge change
Its caused some discomfort.
I want to remind you what we are doing and why.

Lets talk about vision
We have new space and there is a bit of a vaccume of purpose
Now I want to talk with you about this building.
Without a vision the people perish. Prov 29:18

We cant answer every question
Things are in process. We don’t know the answer to everyone’s questions just yet
This may not be exactly how it is, but this is my vision……

Lets begin with the most pressing issue…………
Where will donuts go?
Carpet or tile
Using the entire building

Where will the info booth go….
Moved 2 times…may move again
Cant be right o/s the sanctuary door
The center of activity cant be right outside these doors
We must use the entire building

Safety and security of those who work here

I want you to know that we are fulfilling our mission

You dreamed of winning people and this is the testimony of some that you have reached…

When everyone that preceeded you at this church built buildings and helped make a way,
