What is our purpose?
This is a simple story of value, appreciation and priorities. The pearl is valued; the man appreciated it, and sell all he has to find it

In our world, the pearl is the love of God that we find in Jesus Christ
the man is us, we are those who have found and appreciate the glory of the pearl

Priorities are something that we must keep in mind because we want to retrieve the pearl so that we may enjoy it, but also that others may see and know its value

What did the man do with the pearl? What do we do with the pearl?

Does this church understand what faith and life are all about?
What is our purpose? What are we about and where are we going?
