2 types….I give myself to you

As Jesus faced his suffering and death he prayed in the garden
Intimate
-Mark passage = abba
Honesty….
- my soul is in agony, to the point of death
- Take this cup from me
Submission [what is the food chain like in my life?]
- Not my will but thine be done
- If this cant happen unless I drink it, then your will be done
Conclusion
Prayers seem powerless because they are about nothing……
Today, our prayers matter
Acts 20:22
Pray to follow the example of Jesus
Pray that you will be willing to do and go wherever you are called
