Jonah is praying that prayer….Lord how can I give myself away for you

God Calls
People Run—if God called us to do what we wanted to do, we would already be doing it
· how long does it take to teach someone to want to reach people who are not your people?
· human nature does not love the ninevites
those who are different from you, those who hate you, judge you

Everyone can tell you are a mess--You can read people

Swallowed by a fish
God can do miracles
He is stubborn
Finally prays

Obeys
When was the last time you invited someone to church
The sign of his brokenness is all over him…..
Ninevah repents
Jonah is mad

If God can use Jonah, then God can use you
He is not looking for the perfect
When perfect people witness, it is about them
When broken people witness, it is about God
In fact, your brokenness is an important part of your witness
If God can use Jonah, then God can use you

Is God calling you
Is there something that you are yet to do because you have thought yourself unworthy
Let God’s love shine through your unworthiness
